This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Spearhead operational excellence across Talent Acquisition (TA) systems, processes, governance, and compliance frameworks for the APAC region.
• Ensure alignment with the global TA strategy and standards while addressing significant variations in regulations, labor markets, and TA maturity from country to country.
• Serve as the main point of accountability for TA operations within the APAC Center of Excellence (COE).
• Collaborate with regional and country TA leaders to establish TA teams, operating models, and capabilities in emerging APAC markets.
• Design and implement frameworks that advance countries along the TA maturity curve, transitioning from transactional execution to a strategic workforce partnership.
• Facilitate consistent, high-quality experiences for candidates and hiring managers through scalable and repeatable models.
• Execute the global TA transformation agenda within APAC, balancing the need for speed, standardization, and local nuances.
• Develop scalable infrastructure, operating models, and best practices that support sustainable regional growth.
• Identify and address structural deficiencies in capability, process, or governance across markets.
• Lead intricate, multi-country TA initiatives throughout APAC, managing timelines, interdependencies, risks, and outcomes.
• Establish clear governance, decision-making frameworks, and change management plans to ensure adoption and long-term sustainability.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior HR and business leaders across APAC, effectively communicating TA strategy, constraints, and trade-offs.
• A University Degree or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 8 years of relevant prior experience.
• Proven experience in leading TA operations across multiple APAC countries, including new market entry and capability development.
• Strong background in establishing TA teams, operating models, governance, and maturity frameworks (not hands-on recruiting).
• Demonstrated ability to design scalable processes, compliance models, and regional operating standards.
• Experience in leading complex, multi-country transformations with effective governance and adoption strategies.
• A credible and confident operator capable of influencing, challenging, and aligning senior stakeholders in high-growth, ambiguous environments.
• Strong understanding of TA technologies, vendors, analytics, and process optimization.
• A deep appreciation for the cultural, regulatory, and market diversity within APAC.
