This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.
• Serve as the APAC lead for Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud, spearheading optimization efforts that align with Neogen’s commercial strategy.
• Acquire an in-depth understanding of APAC business processes and pinpoint areas where Salesforce features can improve productivity, visibility, and customer engagement.
• Oversee intricate cross-functional Salesforce projects from initial requirements to implementation and hypercare.
• Manage the project backlog, prioritize enhancements, and coordinate sprints in accordance with APAC business objectives.
• Act as the primary escalation point for all Salesforce-related requirements in APAC.
• Lead both onshore and offshore Salesforce business analysts, administrators, and architects.
• Provide clear guidance, supervise execution quality, and foster the development of team capabilities.
• Collect and document requirements through interviews, workshops, and site visits.
• Convert business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and workflow designs.
• Collaborate with other application teams to guarantee seamless end-to-end process integration.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), coordinate release assessments, and manage rollout communications.
• Create training materials and conduct training sessions for APAC teams.
• Assess emerging Salesforce technologies and recommend adoption strategies to enhance APAC commercial performance.
• Ensure all enhancements comply with corporate governance and global architectural guidelines.
• Act as the main escalation contact for IT operations in APAC, in collaboration with Corporate IT.
• Communicate regional requirements and provide updates regarding IT-related changes affecting APAC teams.
• Enforce global IT standards in APAC and ensure compliance with change management procedures.
• Monitor APAC-specific IT enhancements within the global IT portfolio.
• Manage the resolution process for regional IT operational emergencies by engaging global service owners and local partners.
• Maintain awareness of infrastructure, cybersecurity, and application concerns impacting the region.
• Engage with regional business leaders to discern IT operational needs and ensure smooth collaboration with corporate IT.
• Provide consolidated updates on IT-related activities affecting APAC.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Over 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or Product Owner within a global environment.
• At least 3 years of Salesforce configuration and implementation experience.
• Salesforce Administrator certification is highly preferred.
• Experience working collaboratively with IT infrastructure, digital, and security teams is advantageous.
• Familiarity with APAC markets (Korea, Japan, China, Thailand) is preferred.
• Strong technical expertise in Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud.
• Advanced capabilities in business analysis and problem-solving.
• Clear and structured communication alongside effective stakeholder management.
• Ability to lead cross-functional virtual teams.
• Strong execution discipline and project leadership skills.
• Cultural awareness and collaboration across APAC markets.
• Understanding of enterprise IT operations, standards, and governance (secondary).
