APAC Sales Leader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Asia.

📋 Description

• Lead, motivate, and nurture a high-performing sales organization within the APAC region.

• Generate enthusiasm, drive momentum, and instill accountability within a distributed team operating across various countries, cultures, and time zones.

• Cultivate a culture characterized by ambition, collaboration, continuous improvement, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

• Recruit, develop, and retain exceptional sales talent as the regional team expands.

• Establish robust alignment among Sales, SDR, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations teams.

• Take ownership of regional revenue performance and ensure achievement of APAC growth targets.

• Propel new business development across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise customer segments.

• Maintain an in-depth understanding of customer needs, market dynamics, and competitive positioning throughout APAC.

• Serve as the representative voice of the APAC market, offering insights into customer requirements, competitive trends, and emerging opportunities.

• Represent Veremark at industry events, conferences, and customer interactions across APAC.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven track record of success in B2B SaaS or HRTech sales leadership roles.

• Experience in the background screening industry is highly preferred.

• Demonstrated experience in leading and developing high-performing sales teams in a fast-paced growth environment.

• Proven experience in selling to SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise customer segments.

• Ability to motivate, inspire, and lead distributed teams across diverse markets and cultures.

• Strong skills in managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.

• Experience collaborating closely with Revenue Operations and utilizing data to enhance performance and inform strategic decision-making.

• Proven experience in forecasting and managing pipelines using CRM platforms such as HubSpot.

• Exceptional communication, coaching, and leadership abilities.

• Familiarity with operating in APAC markets and understanding regional business cultures.

• Passion for modern selling techniques and leveraging AI-driven tools to enhance effectiveness.
