This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bangladesh.
• Establish and nurture robust relationships with customers, distributors, and prospective partners.
• Identify, recruit, and oversee new distributors.
• Increase sales through both current partners and new business ventures.
• Develop and present business plans aimed at achieving revenue goals.
• Manage and expand direct customer accounts.
• Foster relationships at all levels, from senior executives to lab personnel.
• Address and resolve any conflicts between sales channels.
• Advocate for new products and updates to the PORTAL reporting system.
• Represent the organization at industry events and customer meetings.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to facilitate product launches.
• Work alongside internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM for managing accounts, opportunities, and forecasts.
• Provide regular updates and reports.
• Formulate commercial agreements in accordance with company policies.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a sales or commercial position within the science sector.
• University degree in analytical or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Proficient in English – speaking, reading, and writing.
• Native proficiency in Korean or Japanese, with a preference for familiarity with the other language.
• Understanding of the laboratory market within the specified territory.
