APAC – 知识产权分析师

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Taiwan.

📋 Description

• Analyze technical data (such as IP addresses and usage logs) to identify potential software abuse behaviors.

• Conduct thorough online investigations to verify business information and obtain accurate contact details.

• Maintain clear and complete case records in the CRM system.

• Produce structured investigation reports to support internal decision-making.

• Collaborate with senior investigators to advance complex cases.

• Learn and utilize new investigative tools to continuously improve work efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of relevant experience (research, data entry, customer service, or administrative roles).

• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).

• Business-level proficiency in Mandarin or Japanese.

• Genuine interest in OSINT / digital investigations.

• Proficient in Google Sheets, Excel, or CRM tools.

• Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, and adaptable to remote work.

• Experience with SQL, advanced CRM, or specialized research tools (preferred).

• Background in software compliance, KYC/KYB, or EDD (preferred).
