Annuity Case Management Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Handle incoming requests, including financial inquiries, address modifications, Electronic Fund Transfer updates, beneficiary change requests, and payment redirection in compliance with court orders.

• Review follow-ups and proactively collaborate with internal and external clients to resolve issues and finalize processing.

• Assess data for accuracy and consistency while verifying transaction setups.

• Authorize payment releases in accordance with designated authority levels.

• Manage payment returns, cancellations, and stop payments.

• Achieve or surpass established Customer Center, team, and individual objectives.

• Deliver customer support for phone and written inquiries from external brokers, offices, annuitants, government entities, and attorneys.

• Create written correspondence.

• Suggest modifications or enhancements to administration and payment systems.

• Engage in development, testing, and ongoing training as required.

• Oversee annuity transactions from initiation to completion, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

• Facilitate communication throughout the transaction process while upholding high service standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year in annuity, retirement, or finance, or a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.

• At least 6 months of experience meeting production targets in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication, customer service, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

• Capability to master multiple systems, manage diverse clients, and adapt to evolving situations.

• Maintain productivity and quality above team benchmarks while ensuring consistent communication and service throughout processes.
