📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, and sustain Android applications that have achieved millions of downloads.

• Collaborate effectively with developers and QA testers.

• Utilize Agile methodology along with a focus on quality.

• Engage in refactoring, debugging, and feature parity activities using AI development tools.

• Assist in the integration of AI agents into the development lifecycle or application functionalities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Android application development.

• Strong command of Java and Kotlin.

• Hands-on experience with Android SDK features, including SDK version upgrades, intricate permission management, and background operations.

• Proficient in Coroutines, Glide, Retrofit, and OkHttp.

• Experience in maintaining legacy codebases using RxJava, AsyncTasks, and XML-based Views.

• Strong UI programming abilities with a keen eye for detail and performance enhancement.

• Familiarity with AI development tools such as Cursor and Claude Code.

• Understanding of agentic workflows and the incorporation of AI agents into the development lifecycle or application features.

• Skilled in Android Studio, Git, and the Firebase suite.

• Proven experience in developing and maintaining an app available on Google Play with over 100,000 downloads.

• Knowledge of Kanban management.

• Familiarity with Continuous Integration pipelines and automated deployment is a plus.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Capability to balance AI experimentation with the stability of large-scale production applications.
