Ancillary Rating Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Generate quotes for employee benefits, including medical and ancillary products.

• Gather and evaluate client information while adhering to carrier guidelines.

• Communicate effectively with clients and sales representatives about quotes and benefits plans.

• Collaborate with the sales team, brokers, and account managers throughout the proposal process.

• Stay informed on trends in employee benefits offerings and compliance regulations.

• Respond swiftly to customer inquiries and deliver outstanding service throughout the quoting process.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or an equivalent qualification.

• Knowledge of employee benefits products, including group health, dental, vision, and other ancillary offerings.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and spreadsheets (intermediate skills required).

• Strong analytical abilities and keen attention to detail.

• Capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
