This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maine.

📋 Description

• Analyze and interpret digital anatomic pathology cases for veterinary clients throughout North America.

• Deliver prompt and precise diagnostic reports that enhance patient care and aid clinical decision-making.

• Collaborate with skilled pathologists and diagnostic experts.

• Uphold diagnostic quality, consistency, and medical precision.

• Keep abreast of the latest trends and emerging subjects in veterinary medicine and pathology.

• Utilize digital pathology platforms, computer systems, and dictation tools to efficiently conduct case evaluations.

• Share expertise in educational, research, and professional development initiatives.

• Clearly communicate findings through written reports and interactions with colleagues and clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree.

• Background in veterinary anatomic pathology.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capability to work independently and effectively prioritize tasks in a remote setting.

• Strong proficiency in computer use and comfort with digital pathology systems.

• Competence in typing and using dictation equipment efficiently.

• Service-oriented attitude with a dedication to diagnostic excellence and customer support.

• Awareness of contemporary topics and issues in clinical veterinary medicine.

• Board certification from the American College of Veterinary Pathology (ACVP) or the European College of Veterinary Pathology (ECVP).

• Proficiency in French / English, Spanish / English, Portuguese / English, or Korean / English is an advantage.

• Ability to sit for extended periods and engage in computer work.
