This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design solutions for presales and articulate their value effectively.
• Collaborate with Scores Sales and Client Success teams to grasp client business goals, use cases, and decision-making criteria.
• Create and present FICO Score solution configurations that are tailored to client requirements, regulatory frameworks, and practical operations.
• Facilitate technical discovery sessions, solution demonstrations, and value-oriented discussions with client stakeholders.
• Convert analytics, model performance, and score usage into straightforward business and ROI narratives for both executive and technical audiences.
• Assist in presales endeavors for new clients, expansions, and renewals, including solution positioning and packaging.
• Contribute through the provision of technical insights, usage assumptions, and considerations regarding solution complexity.
• Collaborate across functions with Sales, Analytics, and Client Success to support RFx responses, proposals, and deal review documentation.
• Review and confirm the accuracy and relevance of client-facing materials like presentations, ROI models, and solution summaries.
• Work closely with Client Success Managers to ensure a seamless, informed transition from presales to post-sale execution.
• Provide context, assumptions, and success criteria for solutions to Client Success and Professional Services teams.
• Stay engaged throughout the early implementation or go-live phases as needed to address questions or escalations specific to the solution.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of FICO Score products, use cases, regulatory aspects, and competitive landscape.
• Communicate new product features, enhancements, and roadmap topics in pre-sales settings.
• Gather client feedback and insights from pre-sales to guide product development, sales strategies, and enablement initiatives.
• A bachelor's degree is required; an MBA or advanced degree is highly preferred.
• Extensive subject matter expertise in credit risk and analytics within the auto finance sector.
• Familiarity with FICO products and credit scoring methodologies is preferred.
• Significant experience in pre-sales, solutions consulting, and analytics is essential.
• A strong analytical mindset with the capability to convert technical concepts into business value.
• Comfort in engaging with both executive and technical stakeholders.
• Experience in client discovery, analytic use cases, analytic ecosystem mapping, and operationalizing analytics in auto finance.
• Strong collaboration skills across Sales, Client Success, Analytics, and Product Management teams.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills, including the ability to tell compelling stories and develop executive-level materials.
• Understanding of auto loan securitization and asset-backed securities markets is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel 25% based on client requirements and industry events.
