This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide tailored analytics solutions for clients: Utilize Ursa Studio to create, implement, and maintain Synthetic Objects, Data Marts, and measures customized to client specifications that facilitate rapid insights and enhance operational and clinical outcomes.
• Collaborate with Customer Success: Work closely with Technical Customer Success Managers and leadership to define, plan, manage, and support analytics engineering workstreams with clients, which include extended embedded engagements and ad hoc projects.
• Offer consulting and training to clients: Deliver hands-on expertise in analytics engineering using Ursa Studio, covering technical scoping, advisory consulting, and training on optimal analytics workflows using Ursa’s platform.
• Skillfully balance responsiveness to client inquiries with the development of improved solutions based on our accumulated knowledge and expertise.
• Contribute to Ursa's product and cross-client solutions: Create scalable, impactful data models and analytics components that enhance Ursa's SaaS platform and marketplace, making powerful analytic tools accessible to all clients.
• Thoughtfully engage with AI-assisted tools: Employ AI technologies (including the internally developed Ursa Compass) and capabilities to expedite and refine our delivery process, while applying domain knowledge and human intelligence to ensure quality outcomes.
• Ensure clear and effective communication: Thoroughly document solution methodologies and final deliverables for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Uphold standards and security: Keep abreast of healthcare data regulations and adhere to Ursa’s privacy and security policies, including compliance with HIPAA.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 4+ years of experience in healthcare data analytics, engineering, or consulting roles.
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare data domains (e.g., claims, EMR, behavioral health) and standards (e.g., ICD, CPT, HL7).
• Demonstrated experience in constructing and managing reusable analytics models and data products.
• Proven experience interacting directly with clients in the scoping, delivery, and support of technical solutions.
• Strong expertise in SQL and analytics tools/platforms.
