Analytics Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Develop dependable and well-documented datasets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Facilitate team access to and utilization of data via Snowflake MCP.

• Collaborate with the Senior Data Analyst to enhance documentation, data models, and best practices.

• Partner with Data Engineering to optimize warehouse performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.

• Direct teams to the appropriate datasets and authoritative sources.

• Assist teams in tracking key metrics, analyzing data, and making informed, data-driven choices.

• Contribute to increasing data accessibility and actionable insights across 360Learning.

• Familiarize yourself with the company, platform, teams, culture, data stack, data models, and self-service analytics strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in SQL, with the ability to execute complex queries.

• Practical experience with business intelligence (BI) and analytics tools such as Looker, Metabase, or Omni.

• Familiarity with contemporary data warehouses like BigQuery, Redshift, or Snowflake.

• Solid understanding of Git and best practices for version control.

• Experience with dbt is highly advantageous.

• Strong interest in artificial intelligence and emerging analytics tools.

• Comprehension of data modeling and data warehousing concepts.

• A curious mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

• Capability to work collaboratively with non-technical stakeholders and convey technical ideas clearly.

• Proficient in English (US/UK) and fluent in French.
