Analytics Delivery Lead – Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversee the implementation of data and analytics solutions

• Integrate Product Ownership, delivery leadership, stakeholder engagement, and expertise in the healthcare/pharmacy sector

• Supervise the delivery of data, analytics, business intelligence, or digital products

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define requirements

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Analytics Delivery, Data Product Management, or a related field

• Extensive experience in Healthcare, Pharmacy, Pharmaceuticals, Life Sciences, or Health Insurance sectors

• Proven track record in delivering data, analytics, business intelligence, or digital products

• Familiarity with healthcare/pharmacy data, patient journeys, medication data, pharmacy operations, claims handling, and healthcare KPIs

• Excellent skills in stakeholder management and requirements engineering

• Proficiency with Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Fluent in English

• Desirable knowledge of SQL, Power BI/Tableau, Data Warehouses/Data Lakes, Snowflake/Databricks, or cloud data platforms

• Advantageous knowledge of HL7, FHIR, ICD, RxNorm, NDC, or ATC standards
