This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Collaborate closely with GASQ's partner brokers, clients, and insurers to ensure complete customer satisfaction in their overall relationship with GASQ.
• Manage various stages of the group insurance sales process, including analyzing underwriting or renewal conditions, negotiating with the insurer, and making recommendations.
• Present underwriting or renewal conditions and recommendations directly to clients in certain cases.
• Meet with prospective clients to provide information on group insurance and assess their needs when required.
• Facilitate informational meetings for employees as needed.
• Maintain productive relationships with insurers.
• Assist in finding solutions to client issues in collaboration with the rest of the team and the insurer.
• Be proactive and anticipate the needs of brokers and clients.
• Tailor communication to clients with varying levels of understanding of group insurance.
• Represent GASQ at various industry events.
• Perform any other related tasks as required by this position.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in the group insurance field is required, preferably in a sales position.
• Hold a license from the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) that permits the sale of group insurance plans.
• Proficient in computer tools (Office Suite - Excel, Word, and Outlook).
• Fluent in both French and English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to travel to meet clients (a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are required).
