📋 Description

• Engage and collaborate with various departments to address incoming requests and manage quality escalations.

• Generate reports and provide insights into quality findings as part of investigative processes.

• Lead and/or participate in quality initiatives pertaining to suppliers, clients, and more.

• Actively monitor and analyze internal data and statistics to identify and resolve unusual fluctuations in traffic at the supplier, client, and/or user level.

• Contribute ideas towards the development of new tools and products.

• Consistently update product and internal documentation.

• Investigate, plan, and brainstorm strategies to enhance the overall quality function.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the Market Research service industry is preferred.

• Resourceful, inquisitive, and eager to learn new tools and methods.

• Capable of identifying patterns and anomalies within data sets of varying sizes.

• Highly organized and proactive, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment.

• Commercially minded to comprehend the implications of actions taken.

• A team player who can communicate effectively and establish strong, trustworthy relationships with diverse stakeholders.

• Proficient in both written and spoken English.

• Tech-savvy with a strong command of MS Office applications.

• Familiarity with Excel functions such as V-lookups.

• Experience with pivot tables, including filtering and formulas.

• Knowledge of de-duplication checks.

• Proven experience in handling Market Research data checks and validation.

• Ability to manipulate large data files.

• Capable of providing clear and concise feedback on data findings.

• Ability to recommend necessary improvements.

• Understanding of sampling criteria and panel management is a significant advantage.
