Analyst, Transparency Reporting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage and process data related to Transparency Reporting.

• Collaborate directly with the Director of Transparency Reporting to ensure that data is submitted accurately and within deadlines.

• Work alongside field teams to gather and report Transparency data and necessary documentation in compliance with policy.

• Assist in the Transparency process, ensuring that reporting requirements are fulfilled on time.

• Aid in the implementation of new initiatives that require transparency reporting.

• Partner with managers and third-party vendors to onboard teams and establish requirements.

• Provide training for new employees and managers on the specific data capture requirements related to Transparency.

• Investigate and address any issues or concerns related to HCP data.

• Gather and maintain pertinent spend documentation from field teams.

• Oversee and report on internal data associated with the Transparency Reporting program.

• Submit outgoing files in accordance with established schedules.

• Assist with training initiatives across various programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant work experience.

• At least one year of experience in an administrative capacity.

• A highly motivated individual with a strong focus on processes, data analytics, or technical skills.

• Capability to multitask while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and database management systems.
