This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Manage and oversee analyst research deadlines and deliverables, which include but are not limited to: extensive and intricate evaluation projects, survey submissions, customer reference requests, and scheduling of briefings and demos.
• Work in partnership with internal stakeholders across product marketing, product management, customer marketing, customer success, and others to ensure that all parties are well-prepared to represent Coupa to our primary analysts.
• Supervise Coupa’s complex contracts with analyst firms, ensuring that all contractual deliverables are utilized effectively while maintaining budgetary compliance.
• Administer the internal repository of sales-centric content for Coupa Analyst Relations, ensuring that our accomplishments with industry analysts are communicated effectively to sales through accessible tools that can be utilized in their opportunities.
• Collaborate with members of the analyst relations team, the events team, and others to organize product-focused analyst events such as advisory days and analyst days.
• Build and maintain a list of key industry analysts for a specific product domain, monitoring their areas of focus and coverage of Coupa.

• At least three years of experience in analyst relations, communications, product marketing, project management, or event management.
• Proven ability to foster internal and external partnerships at all levels within the organization.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
• Demonstrated experience in overseeing large, complex projects with tight deadlines, involving various stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Strong skills in relationship building and collaboration; proven ability to engage with senior executives.
• Self-motivated individual with a proactive approach; this position requires a high degree of initiative.
• Highly competent in meeting deadlines.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities; adept at creative problem-solving.
• In-depth knowledge of Asana or similar project management software.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Minimum of three years of experience in analyst relations, communications, marketing, project management, executive assistance, or event management roles.
