This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee internal and corporate project deliverables for HRCC using industry-standard project management tools.
• Manage projects from the initial consultation to full execution, ensuring effective communication of progress and status updates.
• Maintain project plans and artifacts, prepare reports, and collaborate with teams to build cases for project approvals.
• Conduct and document business plans thoroughly.
• Analyze and document standard processes while implementing changes to enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with Process Analysts to document and enact business and process modifications.
• Facilitate project meetings and act as a representative for HRCC in various projects.
• Record business discussions, outcomes, actions, and potential risks.
• Unite teams to document tasks, assign ownership and timelines, and establish a framework for follow-up and execution.
• Communicate project status, risks, and achievements effectively.
• Manage HRCC Shared Services projects concerning contact center operations and corporate initiatives, including implementations and site launches.
• A minimum of two (2) years of professional experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, including the maintenance of complex spreadsheets.
• Experienced with Microsoft Project or similar tools such as Asana or Trello.
• Willingness to travel less than 10% of the time.
• At least two (2) years of experience in project or program management, Shared Services, Agile methodologies, or business process improvement.
• Two (2) years of experience in a large, multi-functional contact center environment.
• Proficient with tools like Visio and Smartsheet.
• Ability to create compelling narratives using data, text, and visual elements.
• PMP or relevant project management or Agile certification is advantageous.
