This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Assist clients in enhancing their marketing and media planning using the Bayesian modeling software of the Keen Platform.
• Facilitate the implementation of strategies set by the Account Director across a designated portfolio of clients.
• Oversee the processes of data aggregation, cleansing, and uploading into the Keen Platform.
• Offer support for the integration of data sources for client users.
• Evaluate model inputs and outputs for statistical appropriateness, tactic ROIs, data quality, narrative coherence, and overall quality standards.
• Partner with Senior Analysts to propose modifications to models that enhance model performance and support client narratives.
• Set up and execute optimized marketing plans that align with account strategies and client planning objectives.
• Conduct individualized training sessions for client users on the Plans feature.
• Configure reporting functionalities and create narrative and storytelling presentations.
• Export PowerPoint reports and draft initial story outlines for Account Directors and clients.
• Participate in essential client meetings remotely, including Top-to-Tops and Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Collaborate with clients to troubleshoot, refine models, and assist in achieving client business goals.
• Keep track of model updates for expanding accounts and pinpoint optimization opportunities.
• Provide feedback for product development aimed at platform enhancements.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing analytics, SaaS customer success, and/or data cleansing and management in either academic or professional environments.
• A passion for business software and a readiness to engage with it extensively.
• Proficient in Excel with a keen interest in organizing and analyzing data.
• Strong skills in PowerPoint with the ability to craft impactful presentation decks.
• Dedication to delivering high-quality work.
• A self-motivated individual who enjoys acquiring new knowledge.
• An eagerness and capability to learn Bayesian modeling.
• A well-established remote-work office setup.
• Must possess authorization to work in the United States.
