Analyst I, Falcon Complete

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.

📋 Description

• Implement incident response protocols across Windows, Mac, and Linux systems.

• Conduct fundamental malware assessments.

• Create and refine procedures for incident identification and the execution of countermeasures.

• Generate high-quality written and oral communications, proposals, and findings for client management.

• Showcase industry thought leadership through blog writing, CrowdCasts, and various public speaking engagements.

• Oversee internal programs or teams.

• Identify and address customer incidents in real time via CrowdStrike’s virtual security operations center.

• Work assigned global follow-the-sun shifts: Wednesday to Saturday or Sunday to Wednesday, totaling 40 hours weekly.

• Ability to execute technical tasks independently.

• Eagerness to develop and enhance both technical and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent project management capabilities.

• Experience in incident response focusing on targeted threats like Advanced Persistent Threats, organized crime, and hacktivism.

• Proficiency in using forensic analysis tools to assess the breadth and depth of security breaches.

• Knowledge of system internals for effective countermeasures and remediation strategies.

• Familiarity with network protocols, network analysis tools, and relevant network logs.

• Competence in conducting both static and dynamic malware analysis.

• Strong grasp of targeted attacks and the capability to devise tailored tactical and strategic remediation strategies.

• Solid understanding of secure network architecture and experience in network operations.

• Coding proficiency in C, C#, VB, Python, Perl, Ruby on Rails, and .NET.

• High business-level to native proficiency in Japanese, including writing, without the need for peer review.

• Business-level proficiency in English.

• Demonstrated experience leveraging AI technologies to enhance decision-making, optimize workflows and processes, boost efficiency, and drive business results.
