Analyst I, Certification

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Evaluate, assess, and categorize certification applicants utilizing open-source intelligence, proprietary tools, industry best practices, and contextual data.

• Comprehend and employ the necessary tools and resources for routine program duties.

• Make swift and precise analytical decisions based on occasionally unclear information.

• Convey analysis findings in well-structured and concise written reports.

• Deliver reports in accordance with program reporting standards and stringent deadlines.

• Raise inquiries to relevant colleagues using sound judgment.

• Contribute to projects and other delegated responsibilities.

• Keep program documentation updated as instructed by Senior Analysts and the Manager.

• Perform online background checks on applicants.

• Examine website content for concerning products and policies.

• Carry out compliance assessments to establish applicants’ eligibility for LegitScript certification.

• Interact with clients through email, phone, or video conference as necessary, in collaboration with the Manager.

• Oversee billing and payment status and escalate internally when appropriate.
