This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Zealand.
• Implement incident handling procedures across Windows, Mac, and Linux environments.
• Conduct basic malware analysis.
• Enhance and refine processes for incident detection and the implementation of countermeasures.
• Create high-quality written and verbal communications, recommendations, and findings for customer management.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient in executing technical tasks independently.

• Familiarity with Mac OS, Windows, and Unix operating systems.

• Strong verbal and communication skills, with the capacity to clarify complex technical concepts to audiences with varying technical expertise (candidates with proficiency in Japanese, both written and verbal, are strongly encouraged to apply).
