Analyst, Cross Reference

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Receive lists of customer product usage and provide equivalent or alternative product information sourced from the Global Industrial website and catalog, often under tight deadlines.

• Conduct research and evaluate internal cost and pricing data for various products.

• Review extensive data sheets from external partners to ensure precision and correct product matches.

• Assist the Bid Desk team by conducting product cross-reference research for urgent bid opportunities.

• Collaborate with colleagues, product managers, and vendor partners to gather information, address customer requirements, and enhance processes.

• Oversee and maintain the internal Cross Reference database tool.

• Contribute to individual and team KPIs.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or GED is required.

• Proven experience in a deadline-oriented environment with a strong focus on accuracy.

• Background in analyzing large datasets.

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Outstanding written communication skills and comprehension abilities.

• Strong independent decision-making capabilities with the skill to manage and resolve complex challenges.
