Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify insights, present findings, and provide business recommendations to foster mutual business growth.

• Work in collaboration with the sales and corporate teams to meet customer unit, revenue, distribution, feature, and display objectives.

• Design, prepare, and deliver regular reports on category, customer, and account performance.

• Perform regular evaluations and quarterly assessments of key business drivers.

• Execute ad-hoc analysis with curiosity and agility, proactively revealing business opportunities.

• Create and develop impactful customer-specific selling narratives that highlight essential category business-building initiatives.

• Participate in customer meetings to support the sales team in presenting business cases.

• Collaborate closely with the sales and growth managers group to comprehend qualitative data and integrate it with quantitative data, extracting unique customer insights and weaving a comprehensive narrative.

• Familiarity with Power BI interfaces and report utilization.

• Demonstrated experience in managing reporting and providing data-driven insights to influence business outcomes.

• Previous experience in business analytics with a national retailer or manufacturer is advantageous.

• Experience with third-party data, specifically Scintilla, is a plus.

• Passionate about analytics and committed to continuous learning.
