Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Process prebill tickets by the designated prebill deadline or when appropriate.

• Implement profile changes prior to the prebill deadline.

• Handle prebill responses by the billing deadline.

• Monitor open tickets daily and take appropriate actions such as follow-up, escalation, completion, or closure.

• Process resident refund requests accurately and in a timely manner.

• Aid in training offshore team members on ticket types, including Debit/Credit Adjustments, Report Corrections, and Daily Move-Outs.

• Audit 100% of tickets completed by the offshore team and provide prompt, constructive feedback.

• Collaborate closely with Account Managers to address inquiries and support property needs.

• Assist Property Operations team members as required.

• Input figures into the billing engine before the prebill deadline.

• Ensure that all utility bills are accounted for.

• Identify and investigate potential billing or property issues.

• Contact utility providers as necessary.

• Create and distribute utility routings, FYIs, and profile modifications to Account Managers by the relevant service-level agreement deadline.

• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
