• Certification in Epic Compass Rose.

• More than 5 years of experience functioning as an Epic Advisor.

• Profound knowledge of care management and population health workflows.

• Proven experience in converting business and clinical needs into Compass Rose solutions.

• Capable of providing implementation leadership, best practice guidance, and strategies for risk mitigation.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.

• Proficient in working independently while managing multiple projects at once.
