This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Advanced management of queues, skills, routing, usage rules, development, and maintenance of flows in Architect, Speech Analytics, dialers, and automations via APIs.

• Diagnosis and management of SIP trunks, dial plans (Dialplan), IVRs, and Asterisk platform integrations with Contact Center.

• Configuration and manipulation of SIP headers, creation of NAPs, and integration with carriers on Khomp and Aligera equipment.

• In-depth analysis of traffic, SIP signaling, and RTP media using Wireshark, Linux logs, and native Genesys tools (Interactions, Flow History, Conversation Details).

• Monitoring availability via Zabbix and creating/maintaining scripts in Python and Perl for automations and CTI integrations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications Engineering, Networking, or related fields.

• Prior experience in administration and support of Contact Center platforms and corporate telephony infrastructure.

• Proficiency in general administration (queues, skills, routing, dialer, recording policies) and creation/maintenance of flows in Architect, as well as using platform APIs.

• Expertise in Asterisk platforms (SIP trunks, dial plan, IVRs) and telecommunication protocols/signaling (SIP, E1, RTP, TCP/IP, TLS, DNS, NAT, and audio codecs).

• Strong skills in Wireshark for traffic/media analysis and log interpretation for troubleshooting operational and signaling issues.

• Experience with Khomp and Aligera equipment (creating NAPs, manipulating headers, and routing).

• Knowledge of commands and log analysis in Linux and monitoring indicators via Zabbix.

• Ability to create and maintain scripts in Python and Perl focused on automation and CTI.
