Analista Técnico BPM, QA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Gather, analyze, and document business processes.

• Create As-Is and To-Be documentation.

• Prepare functional documentation and Bizagi Spec.

• Translate business needs into clear requirements for the technical team.

• Design and execute manual testing plans.

• Conduct SIT and UAT testing.

• Document results, incidents, and testing evidence.

• Follow up on errors and validate their corrections.

• Support end users during testing and solution approval.

• Collaborate with Developers, Scrum Master, and Technical Lead.

• Participate in Scrum team ceremonies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree in Systems Analysis or related fields.

• Additional training in business process analysis.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in functional analysis and QA.

• Experience in process automation projects.

• Knowledge of As-Is and To-Be documentation.

• Experience in creating Bizagi Spec.

• Expertise in designing and executing SIT and UAT tests.

• Experience in manual testing.

• Ability to work with end users and technical teams.

• Familiarity with BPMN 2.0.

• Experience working with Bizagi.

• Experience in projects for telecommunications companies.

• Knowledge of agile methodologies and management tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
