• Design, architect, and implement scalable, resilient, and secure Genesys Cloud solutions.

• Identify issues in advanced production system modules.

• Evaluate the production and testing environment infrastructure.

• Provide user support and training for Genesys Analysts.

• Genesys certification.

• Proficiency in Genesys PureCloud.

• Skills in configuring and building flows (IVR, bots).

• Experience with add-ons and APIs.

• Ability to identify issues in advanced modules.

• Infrastructure evaluation experience.

• User support capabilities.

• Training experience for junior Genesys Analysts.
