Analista Funzionale – Area Anagrafica Clienti

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Gathering requirements, conducting functional analysis, and providing support to technical teams during the development phases.

• Analyzing customer master data management processes and defining functional requirements.

• Monitoring the quality of master data and establishing Data Governance rules.

• Acting as a liaison between business and IT to ensure the accurate translation of requirements into technical solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in regulatory compliance and customer master data projects.

• Knowledge of data models, onboarding processes, updates, and validation.

• Familiarity with privacy regulations (GDPR) and AnagrafeSoggetti.

• Basic knowledge of Oracle for querying and Data Quality tools.

• Ability to write clear and comprehensive functional specifications.
