This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Operate in a generalist capacity across Human Resources processes, ensuring the efficiency of HR subsystems and fostering an exceptional experience for employees.

• Manage Recruitment and Selection processes, from job alignment to onboarding.

• Conduct competency-based interviews and assist leaders in the hiring decision-making process.

• Develop and oversee Onboarding and Offboarding programs.

• Structure and update HR policies, processes, playbooks, and internal procedures.

• Support Training and Development programs, learning pathways, and skill enhancement initiatives.

• Lead performance evaluations, feedback sessions, and Individual Development Plans (IDPs).

• Assist leaders in people management, team development, and conflict management.

• Plan and implement Endomarketing activities, internal communication, recognition programs, and organizational culture initiatives.

• Organize climate surveys, eNPS, and engagement indicators, proposing action plans.

• Monitor HR indicators, including turnover, absenteeism, average hiring time, retention, performance, and training metrics.

• Assist with compensation processes, job classifications, organizational structure, and internal movements.

• Collaborate with the Personnel Department on admissions, terminations, vacations, benefits, time management, and labor routines.

• Ensure compliance with labor legislation, internal policies, and best practices in people management.

• Support strategic HR projects related to growth, culture, performance, and employee experience.

• Manage HR tools and systems, keeping information and indicators up to date.

• Prepare management reports and presentations to support leadership decision-making.


⛳️ Requirements

• Knowledge of Competency-Based Recruitment and Selection.

• Basic understanding of labor legislation and Personnel Department routines.

• Experience with HR indicators (People Analytics).

• Familiarity with HR systems such as Sólides, Gupy, Convenia, Sênior, TOTVS, or similar.

• Knowledge of performance evaluation, IDPs, organizational climate, and training.

• Proficiency in Google Workspace and ClickUp.

• Degree, Technologist, or Technical Education.

• Availability for a 44-hour workweek, Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5:48 PM.

• Mid-level experience.

• CLT employment contract.
