Analista de Requisitos

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Lead the requirements elicitation process with stakeholders, gaining a deep understanding of business pain points and needs.

• Translate business needs into functional specifications, User Stories, and clear Acceptance Criteria for the development team.

• Support the Product Owner (PO) in organizing, refining, and prioritizing the backlog.

• Create flowcharts, process diagrams, and navigation maps to illustrate business rules and system behavior.

• Ensure technical and functional alignment with Development and QA teams, addressing questions throughout the sprints.

• Validate deliveries alongside the testing team to ensure that the agreed-upon scope has been met.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in requirements engineering/analysis or as a business analyst in technology companies.

• Strong proficiency in Agile Methodologies (Scrum and Kanban).

• Sharp analytical skills and excellent verbal and written communication (ability to translate technical jargon into business language and vice versa).

• Familiarity with backlog management and documentation tools (Jira, Confluence, or similar).

• Experience in product Discovery processes.
