• Gathering and analyzing functional and non-functional requirements

• Documentation of processes, use cases, and user stories

• Coordination between business areas and technical teams

• Implementation of agile frameworks (Scrum) and PMI best practices

• Involvement in ERP, ECM/SGDEA, and financial systems projects
