This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Guatemala.
• Identify, attract, and select suitable candidates to fill the available positions within the organization.
• Post job offers across all viable platforms based on the local area.
• Create job requests in WD and publish them through both internal and external platforms.
• Manage suppliers of materials necessary for talent attraction.
• Screen viable candidates according to the required profile.
• Conduct risk and competency interviews.
• Verify candidate documents, including criminal and police records, credit history, and academic qualifications.
• Coordinate and lead assessments for both external and internal candidates for Store Manager and Assistant Manager positions.
• Schedule interviews for candidates with the operations team.
• Manage trial days.
• Process socioeconomic studies and knowledge requests for Store Manager and Assistant Manager positions.
• Send tasks through the WD platform.
• Prepare the candidate file prior to hiring.
• Draft the employment contract and confidentiality agreement in WD.
• Upload the employment file to the Workday platform with the legally required documents.
• Make follow-up calls to personnel within less than 90 days of employment.
• Coordinate the internship process (diversified students) by region.
• Conduct interviews with students requesting internships at various stores.
• Prepare acceptance letters for selected interns.
• Draft confidentiality agreements and ID cards for accepted interns.
• Bachelor's degree in progress or completed.
• Two years of experience in similar positions.
• Skills in negotiation, analysis, emotional intelligence, effective communication, empathy, adaptability, organization, low-impact decision-making, and technology usage.
