This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Develop, engage, and manage relationships with strategic partners.
• Identify opportunities for expansion and acquisition of new merchants through partners.
• Build and scale our partnership strategy with specialized e-commerce agencies.
• Conduct presentations, alignments, and business meetings with partners.
• Lead negotiations and structure partnership models (commercial and go-to-market).
• Manage the pipeline of opportunities arising from partners, monitoring performance and results.
• Track metrics and indicators of partnership success.
• Create and enhance materials, processes, and documentation to support the ecosystem.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (sales, product, marketing) to maximize impact.
• Represent the company at events, external meetings, and partner visits.
• Experience in partnerships, B2B sales, or business development.
• Knowledge of commercial processes.
• Skill in pricing strategies.
• Relational profile with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to operate autonomously in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with CRM (HubSpot), spreadsheets, and presentation tools.
• Basic understanding of technology (integrations, APIs, or digital products).
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
• Ongoing or completed degree in Marketing, Communication, Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience in e-commerce, logistics, or SaaS.
• Background with agencies or digital ecosystems.
• Active networking in the market.
• Previous experience in startups or high-growth companies.
• Work model: São Paulo: 100% remote.
