Analista de Originación de Adquisiciones / Deal Origination Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Identify sectors and geographic areas, create company lists, and verify ownership and contact information.

• Compose personalized messages via email, LinkedIn, and phone.

• Engage in initial conversations with owners to understand their motivations, succession plans, business quality, and timelines.

• Prepare clear summaries and deliver qualified opportunities to the investment team.

• Track responses, meetings, qualification, and conversion; enhance the process weekly.

⛳️ Requirements

• Reside in Latin America and possess professional proficiency in both Spanish and English.

• 1–3 years of experience in M&A origination, search funds, private equity, investment banking, B2B sales, recruiting, or market research.

• Exceptional writing skills, research judgment, and discipline in spreadsheets and CRM systems.

• Comfortable communicating with founders and business owners.
