This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Analyze and verify data to ensure all information is accurate, preventing inconsistencies that could affect operations.

• Collaborate on process improvements to optimize operations and maintain the quality of service delivered.

• Place orders with suppliers, ensuring that all request data is correct for delivery.

• Track orders and update information in the CRM.

• Receive and verify invoices issued by partners, entering values and other data into the CRM.

• Ensure that all delivery documentation is provided in a timely manner for financial closure with the client.

• Update data in the pre-closing control system.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in the Health area.

• Knowledge of Operating Systems.

• Proficiency in the Office Suite.
