This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Act as a bridge between business, technology, and stakeholders, ensuring a clear understanding of the objectives for the implementation of digital solutions in the application;

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements related to Push Provisioning, Tokenization, and integration with digital wallets (Google Wallet, Apple Wallet, and Samsung Wallet);

• Map and detail business flows and customer journeys, including registration, provisioning, authentication, token lifecycle, and card usage in digital wallets;

• Assist in defining integration requirements with the Pismo platform, ensuring alignment between business rules, operational processes, and technical solutions;

• Create and maintain functional and technical support documentation, such as BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, acceptance criteria, and process and flow diagrams.

• Experience as a Business Analyst acting as an interface between business, technology, and stakeholders;

• Knowledge in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements;

• Experience with projects involving Push Provisioning, Tokenization, and integration with digital wallets;

• Ability to map business flows and customer journeys;

• Experience in defining and supporting integration requirements with technological platforms;

• Proficiency in creating functional and technical documentation, including BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, acceptance criteria, and process and flow diagrams.
