This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Structure, review, and enhance national and international tourism products (itineraries, circuits, accommodations, experiences, and added services);
• Conduct market studies, analyze trends, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for new products;
• Define competitive differentiators, positioning, and offering strategies for tourism products;
• Negotiate complex agreements, contracts, and commercial conditions with hotels, receptive services, airlines, car rental companies, brokers, and international suppliers;
• Ensure special rates, strategic allotments, and policies that enhance the competitiveness of Bancorbrás;
• Develop premium partnerships and strengthen relationships with key suppliers in the tourism sector;
• Monitor industry trends, market behavior, and competitor pricing;
• Conduct comparisons with platforms such as Decolar, CVC, and other operators;
• Assess the reputation of tourism products by reviewing ratings and quality indices;
• Perform competitive analysis, dynamic pricing, and industry trend evaluations;
• Prepare feasibility studies for new products and the expansion of strategic destinations;
• Monitor performance indicators (occupancy, revenue, margin, profitability, and conversion) and propose strategic adjustments;
• Utilize BI tools, dashboards, and commercial systems for analysis;
• Negotiate rates, allotments, cancellation policies, and advantageous commercial conditions for the company;
• Secure competitive prices and exclusive benefits, ensuring strategic advantage;
• Formalize negotiations through emails, letters of agreement, and internal processes;
• Cancel commercial agreements (terminations) when necessary, analyzing the quality and history of the partner;
• Analyze, review, develop, and validate commercial agreements;
• Validate contracts in the system and guide registration areas for proper implementation of conditions;
• Negotiate and monitor allotments, blocks, and strategic room availability;
• Monitor allotments in the Infotera system to prevent overbookings and unavailability;
• Monitor occupancy, production volume, revenue, and profitability of established agreements;
• Track indicators using internal systems;
• Prepare reports and analyses to support decisions and strategic reviews;
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with commercial partners;
• Mediate contractual, operational conflicts, and cases of discrepancies;
• Oversee the submission of artwork for the Bancorbrás magazine with partners;
• Conduct technical trips to destinations to evaluate service, infrastructure, accommodation conditions, and opportunities for new partners;
• Participate in fairs, events, and business rounds, strengthening networking and representing the company;
• Create travel schedules for groups, packages, and fam tours;
• Follow up on requests and pending responses from partners;
• Provide support to the Operator in demands related to partners;
• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Tourism, Hospitality, Commercial Management, or related fields;
• Previous experience in the tourism, hospitality, or related sectors;
• Intermediate proficiency in Office Suite (spreadsheets, reports, and administrative controls);
• Strong oral and written communication skills along with interpersonal relationships;
• Negotiation and persuasion skills for conducting agreements and resolving impasses;
• Knowledge of the hotel and tourism industry (rates, availability, and trends);
• Organizational skills and attention to detail (contract, document, and data management);
• Analytical capabilities and strategic vision;
• Experience in travel planning and tourism logistics;
• Strong time management and prioritization skills;
• Ability to resolve conflicts with partners;
• Proactive, flexible, and adaptable profile;
• Intermediate knowledge of the Omnibees system;
