This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• The role involves supporting the operational and analytical routines of the Operations and Customer Success areas.
• Monitoring key performance indicators.
• Organizing information effectively.
• Executing processes and providing support for initiatives within the department.
• Collaborating with leadership and other teams to identify opportunities for improvement, quality enhancement, and operational efficiency.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
• Organized profile with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to manage operational routines and process monitoring.
• Previous experience in operational routines, customer service, back office, or data analysis (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of data analysis and performance indicators (preferred).
• Familiarity with CRM tools, such as Salesforce (preferred).
