⛳️ Requirements

• Over **5 years of experience** in roles such as **Business Analyst, Product Owner, Senior Functional Analyst, or Digital Project Leader**.

• Proven experience in digital transformation projects.

• Experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting functional requirements.

• Experience in modeling and optimizing processes.

• Experience working with agile teams and technology areas.

• Experience managing backlog, user stories, roadmap, and acceptance criteria.

• Preferred experience leading teams, agile cells, or product improvement initiatives.

• Proficiency in agile methodologies: **Scrum, Kanban, or similar**.

• Knowledge of management tools such as **Jira, Confluence, Trello, Azure DevOps**, or equivalents.

• Ability to document workflows, processes, user stories, use cases, and business rules.

• Knowledge of **Product Discovery** processes and management of the digital product lifecycle.

• Understanding of user experience concepts, digital solution design, and value prioritization.

• General knowledge of system integration, APIs, digital platforms, and functional architecture.

• Preferred knowledge in data analytics, automation, applied AI, or solutions based on generative AI.

• Strong communication skills with both technical and business profiles.

• Analytical thinking and problem-solving orientation.

• Ability to organize complex information and translate it into clear definitions.

• Judgement to prioritize requirements based on value, impact, and feasibility.

• Autonomy, proactivity, and the ability to take ownership of initiatives.

• Collaborative leadership and capacity to facilitate conversations across different areas.
