Analista de Negócios

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Analyze commercial and marketing indicators (sales, leads, funnel, conversion, VSO, targets vs. actuals)

• Lead strategic meetings with clients to interpret results and provide recommendations

• Propose commercial and marketing action plans based on data analysis

• Serve as a strategic consultant within contracts

• Support decisions regarding launches, campaigns, commercial structure, and goals

• Collaborate with clients' commercial and marketing teams

• Work together with the internal team to ensure strategic and high-impact deliverables

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in analyzing and interpreting commercial data (sales funnel, performance, and commercial actions)

• Proficiency in Excel, dashboards, CRM, or BI tools

• Background in the real estate market: construction companies, developers, commercial planning, market intelligence, or real estate marketing

• Experience in administrative or strategic areas related to sales

• Familiarity with sales funnels and digital marketing (analytical perspective)
