• Strong knowledge in computing and computer operation

• Experience with monitoring tools such as Zabbix and Grafana

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in the Office Suite

• Proven experience in a corporate IT environment

• Technical English for pronunciation and writing of IT terms, names, and acronyms

• Experience with ticket management tools (ITSM)

• Knowledge of monitoring tools including Zabbix, Grafana, and Dynatrace, among others

• Familiarity with ITIL methodology is a plus
