This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Continuously oversee the company's IT infrastructure;

• Identify and resolve issues related to system performance and availability;

• Conduct trend analysis and propose solutions for optimizing the environment;

• Prepare reports on system performance and availability;

• Provide technical support in the event of incidents or failures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related fields;

• Prior experience in system monitoring;

• Knowledge of network and server monitoring tools;

• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities;

• ITIL certification will be considered an advantage;

• Availability to work in a shift schedule.
