Analista de Mantenimiento – Ingeniero Mecánico

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Apply technical and mechanical knowledge to conduct all phases of observation and data recording for technical tests in support of engineering projects.

• Utilize standardized technical manuals and develop baseline templates for execution.

• Collect field data, ensuring an accurate and detailed chronological record of all testing operations and related maintenance data.

• Analyze equipment and terminal functionality to convert information into the necessary format for the INFOR system.

• Implement Vopak standards for the proper transformation of information within the INFOR system.

• Verify and amend existing coding in the INFOR system, adhering to established standards.

• Request and verify information while considering the scope of the project.

• Review and correct maintenance plans.

• Conduct information gathering, such as isolation points, locations, and areas, for the implementation of projects like work permits.

• Create and update final positions in the existing asset tree, using a standardized data upload template for submission to the division for review/approval.

• Collect field data at terminals assigned by the Americas division, structuring the asset tree according to the actual installations at the plant (availability for travel abroad).

• Assist in the implementation of the Control of Work module in INFOR by identifying block points, tagging, potential equipment damage, and the hazard and risk tree.

⛳️ Requirements

• Professional mechanical engineer.

• MUST HAVE A VALID AMERICAN VISA.

• Experience of 1 to 2 years in projects aimed at extending the lifespan of existing assets at terminals.
