Analista de Inteligência Comercial

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Continuously analyze commercial dashboards and BI systems, converting data into actionable diagnostics and recommendations for executive leadership.

• Identify revenue growth levers and bottlenecks within the sales funnel.

• Map performance gaps by comparing actual results versus targets by salesperson, team, market, and offering.

• Assess the individual performance of Hunters and Farmers sales representatives.

• Conduct win/loss and non-sale analysis.

• Analyze the customer base, including NRR, churn, cross-sell, upsell, and portfolio risk.

• Produce periodic executive reports with narratives and recommendations.

• Support revenue forecasting through accuracy analyses and scenario building.

• Assist in implementing the Revenue Architecture methodology (Winning by Design).

• Design, document, and specify the complete revenue cycle processes for implementation via CRM and AI/Automation.

• Identify and prioritize automation opportunities and AI usage from a business perspective.

• Define and implement metrics for recurring revenue and their data sources.

• Structure management cadence and rituals, including forecast reviews, pipeline reviews, and QBRs.

• Lead change management efforts alongside sales teams and leadership.

• Define and prioritize KPIs, guiding the Indicators Governance team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in implementing or advancing Sales Operations/Revenue Operations structures, including processes, metrics, and cadences.

• Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of generating business insights from data.

• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including exploration, cross-referencing, and basic DAX.

• Advanced Excel skills, including modeling, pivot tables, and scenario analysis.

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Accounting, or related fields.

• Intermediate/advanced Spanish proficiency.

• Advanced English proficiency for reading comprehension.
