Analista de Infraestrutura Cloud – Sênior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Operate and maintain critical production environments in AWS.

• Monitor, analyze, and resolve incidents using Dynatrace, Datadog, and synthetic monitoring.

• Perform advanced troubleshooting in Kubernetes/EKS, including pods, OOM, CPU and memory usage, resource limits, HPA, and scaling.

• Investigate failures involving APIs, networks, databases, messaging, and data pipelines.

• Diagnose issues in SQS and SNS, including DLQs and retained messages.

• Conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective and preventive actions for recurring incidents.

• Support the stability and performance of API Gateways, service mesh, and integration components.

• Communicate incidents, risks, and progress of customer support, ensuring compliance with SLAs.

• Propose improvements in availability, observability, capacity, and cost optimization for the AWS environment.

• Work autonomously and escalate technical issues when necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Senior experience in maintaining critical production environments 24x7.

• Proficiency in Kubernetes and Amazon EKS, including troubleshooting, resource management, scaling, and high availability.

• Solid experience with AWS services, particularly EC2, RDS, S3, SQS, SNS, CloudFront, and API Gateway.

• Experience with Dynatrace for alert analysis, event correlation, root cause identification, and tuning.

• Ability to diagnose issues across various layers: infrastructure, containers, applications, APIs, networks, databases, and messaging.

• Experience in incident management, root cause analysis, and addressing recurring problems.

• Autonomy, proactivity, and effective communication with technical teams and clients.

• Desired experience with Kong, KrakenD, Envoy, or other API Gateway and service mesh solutions.

• Knowledge of Keycloak, AWS IAM, and authentication and SSO solutions.

• Familiarity with QuickSight, OpenMetadata, Budibase, or CKAN.

• Understanding of FinOps practices and cost optimization in AWS.

• Prior experience in the financial sector, payment methods, or Open Finance.
