Analista de Implantação – Onboarding de Clientes

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Lead consultative and solution-focused onboardings, ensuring the correct system setup and swift adoption of the tool by companies;

• Understand the financial processes of our clients and their expectations regarding our solutions, identifying specifics and areas for improvement;

• Manage the initial setup for clients on our platform, also conducting training sessions for employees who will use our services;

• Conduct continuous follow-ups throughout the onboarding process, engaging our clients in platform usage until they achieve success;

• Oversee implementation spreadsheets and corporate client accounts prior to their maturity;

• Assist clients with API integrations with ERPs and/or banking integrations;

• Identify improvement actions and collaborate with other departments (such as Engineering, Support, and New Business) to deliver the best experience for our clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in onboarding/implementation of new B2B clients;

• Experience with SaaS implementation;

• Background with medium or large-sized clients;

• Availability to work 40 hours per week;

• Familiarity with tools such as Pipedrive and Digisac;

• Knowledge of integrations (native, APIs, banking reconciliations, etc.);

• Experience with AI tools applied to customer experience;

• Proficiency in a second language (preferably Spanish and/or English).
