Analista de Gente – Business Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Serve as a Business Partner for the supported areas, assisting leadership in decision-making related to people management and team development.

• Function as an internal consultancy for leaders, providing guidance on performance, development, career progression, internal movements, and people management practices.

• Conduct organizational diagnostics by analyzing indicators and transforming data into insights and action plans.

• Lead and support performance management cycles, feedback processes, calibration, talent management, and succession planning.

• Assist leaders in the creation and monitoring of Individual Development Plans (IDPs).

• Act as a liaison between business areas and specialized People teams.

• Drive and support strategic People projects, acting as a change agent.

• Ensure the implementation of policies, processes, and People rituals in collaboration with leadership.

• Support recruitment processes, strategic projects, organizational development, and the evolution of people management practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.

• Previous experience as a Business Partner.

• Background in leadership development, performance management, succession planning, and talent management.

• Experience in recruiting and selecting for strategic positions.

• Analytical skills for interpreting indicators and constructing diagnostics.

• Experience in leading projects and managing change.

• Excellent communication, influence, and ability to engage with diverse audiences.

• Consultative, collaborative, organized, and problem-solving oriented profile.

• Advantage: experience with Gupy, Qulture.Rocks, and People Analytics tools.

• Advantage: exposure to agile methodologies, Design Thinking, or Change Management.

• Advantage: familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools applied to the People domain.
