Analista de Dados – Sênior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Analyze performance data, operational efficiency, financial results, and strategic indicators.

• Develop and monitor dashboards, reports, and analytical models to support the management of key KPIs.

• Conduct in-depth analyses to identify trends, deviations, risks, opportunities, and the impacts of business initiatives.

• Address specific analytical requests by structuring problems and transforming them into relevant analyses.

• Collaborate with various departments to understand needs, define metrics, and generate insights that aid decision-making.

• Work alongside Data Engineering, Finance, and Analytics teams to enhance the quality and consistency of information.

• Present analyses and results clearly and concisely to diverse audiences, including leadership.

• Contribute to the improvement of processes, tools, and methodologies related to data analysis.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.

• Over 5 years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Analytics, or Performance Management.

• Strong proficiency in SQL.

• Experience with Python or another programming language for data analysis.

• Experience in building dashboards and reports using BI tools, preferably Power BI.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to structure complex problems and convert data into actionable recommendations.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present results to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Experience in multidisciplinary environments.

• Fluent in English.

• Additional advantages: experience with financial and business performance analysis; forecasting, statistical analysis, and scenario modeling; cloud data environments, especially AWS; data pipelines, automation, or Airflow; Big Data, Spark, or PySpark; experience in global companies or matrix structures.
